Xerox DocuShare Express

DocuShare Express includes many of the same rich features of Xerox's original DocuShare enterprise content management software that accommodates information ranging from scanned documents, spreadsheets, and Word documents to email, blog, and wiki content. DocuShare Express includes a “Quick Install” process that allows SMBs to begin using it in minutes.

As an example, in a doctor's office, regulatory materials, pharmacy procedures, and training manuals need to be updated frequently and they can be costly to print and store. DocuShare Express allows employees to easily review the latest versions of materials 24/7, from a Web browser in any location, which enables immediate response in addition to saving money, time, and paper.
