At the past fewmeetings we have been discussing ways to stretch the funds we haveby coming up with some cost savings measures. As you are all aware I too work in the public sector in the Purchasing field and while all thingsthat come across my deskaren't a good fit forour district,when I see things that are I must share in hopes it will be taken into consideration.

In light of our current budget situation, our township has began to use a Print ManagementSystem offered by Stewart Business System, A XeroxCorporation(State Contract Vendor - T-2075)and has seen tremendous savings within the first month. In essence it will eliminate unnecessary multiple service agreement purchases, toner purchases, reduce the amount of paper to be purchased and monitor all of our printing services to see where you can enhance your production and reduce expenses. In an effort to savemoney, I hope you will consider inviting Stewart in for a presentation and if nothing else at least allow them tocomplete a complimentaryanalysis to see exactly what equipment we have, what our current spend on toner is and how much they can saveour district in the long run.

I have a book full of references from othermunicipalities as wellas school districts that are currentlyusing SBS and who are quite satisfied to include Oradell Board of Education, Kellman Brown Academy, Cherry Hill, NJ, New Jersey City University - Jersey City, NJ and many others.If you would like I can allow you to view it anytime.
